To activate your participation in the network, please complete your Therapist Intake Form. This helps us learn more about your background, specialties, fees, and clinical preferences so we can send you appropriate referral invitations.
Our team will review your Therapist Intake Form. Once approved you’ll be added to the active referral page.

You’ll receive referral invitations by email when potential matches are available.

You can choose to opt into or decline each invitation — there is no penalty for declining.
