Love Moore™ – Terms of Service

Love Moore™ is a private-pay, concierge therapist referral platform designed to match Black couples with culturally responsive, licensed therapists. The platform avoids public therapist directories and instead uses a quiet, invitation-only model. All matching is admin-controlled, and the final decision is made by a human, not AI (though AI assists with ranking matches).
Eligibility
You must be 18+ to use this platform. You confirm you have consent if applying on behalf of another person.
Use of Services
Clients are matched by admin. Love Moore™ does not provide therapy directly. Therapists are independent providers.
Love Moore™ is not a healthcare provider, does not provide medical or mental health services, and does not supervise or control the clinical judgment of therapists. All therapeutic care is delivered independently by licensed clinicians.
Therapist Subscriptions
Licensed therapists pay monthly or annual subscriptions. Love Moore™ does not guarantee matches.
Therapists may cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future billing. Subscription fees are non-refundable once processed, except as outlined in Love Moore’s refund policy.
Client Confidentiality
All intake information is stored securely and kept confidential. During the matching process, therapists receive anonymous case details only. Identifiable client information is shared solely with the therapist after a match has been approved.
Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for clinical services, emergencies, or outcomes.
Love Moore™ is not liable for billing disputes, scheduling, cancellations, or any financial arrangements between clients and therapists. These must be resolved directly between therapist and client.

Dispute Resolution
All disputes must be resolved between the couple and therapist.
Love Moore™ is not a party to disputes between therapists and clients and does not mediate or resolve therapeutic, financial, or administrative disagreements.

We may update terms at any time.
