About Love Moore™

Love Moore™ is a private-pay referral and matching platform designed to connect clients with independently licensed therapists.

Love Moore™ is not a healthcare provider and does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, or healthcare services of any kind.

Love Moore™ facilitates referral matching and coordination only. Clinical services are provided solely by independently licensed therapists operating independent practices.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform.

If you submit information on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have the authority and consent to do so.

Therapists participating in Love Moore™ are independent providers and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or affiliates of Love Moore™.

Each therapist is solely responsible for:

• Clinical decisions

• Assessment and treatment planning

• Documentation and recordkeeping

• Scheduling and attendance policies

• Fees and payment arrangements

• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and professional ethics

Love Moore™ does not supervise, direct, monitor, or control the clinical judgment of participating therapists.

Love Moore™ facilitates referral matching but does not guarantee:

• That a therapist will accept a referral

• That a therapist match will be identified

• That appointments will be available within any specific timeframe

• That therapy services will ultimately be provided

• That a particular therapist will be available

• Any specific clinical, relational, or therapeutic outcome

All referrals remain subject to therapist availability, therapist interest, client preferences, scheduling considerations, and other factors beyond Love Moore's control.

Therapists participate through a paid subscription model.

Love Moore™ does not guarantee referrals, matches, clients, revenue, income, business growth, or practice development opportunities.

Therapists may cancel subscriptions in accordance with applicable subscription terms.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specifically outlined in Love Moore™ policies.

Love Moore™ utilizes a de-identified referral process.

During the therapist invitation and opt-in process, therapists receive only the information reasonably necessary to determine whether they may be a good fit for a referral.

Client identifying information, including names and contact information, is not shared during this stage.

Identifying information is released only after a therapist has been selected and a referral match has been confirmed.

Love Moore™ is not an emergency service, crisis intervention service, crisis hotline, or emergency response provider.

Do not use Love Moore™ to seek emergency assistance.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, are considering harming yourself or others, or require immediate assistance, call 911, contact 988, or seek emergency medical services immediately.

Love Moore™ provides referral and matching services only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Moore™ shall not be liable for:

• Clinical decisions made by therapists

• Therapy services provided by therapists

• Treatment outcomes

• Scheduling disputes

• Billing disputes

• Payment disputes

• Cancellations or missed appointments

• Therapist availability

• Therapist conduct

• Communications between therapists and clients

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform

Users assume responsibility for evaluating whether a therapist is appropriate for their needs.

The Love Moore™ platform, website, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Love Moore™ makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding

• Platform availability

• Uninterrupted access

• Referral outcomes

• Therapist availability

• Accuracy of user-submitted information

• Suitability of any therapist

• Results obtained through use of the platform

Love Moore™ is not a party to the therapeutic relationship between clients and therapists.

Any dispute relating to clinical services, treatment decisions, scheduling, fees, billing, cancellations, attendance policies, or other matters arising from therapy services must be addressed directly between the client and therapist.

Love Moore™ does not mediate or resolve disputes involving clinical services.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, platform materials, and related intellectual property associated with Love Moore™ are owned by or licensed to Love Moore™ and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

Love Moore™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any aspect of the platform, referral process, services, features, pricing, or offerings at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
