Love Moore™ (“Love Moore,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides referral, matching, and administrative services connecting therapists and clients. Love Moore is not a clinical provider and does not store therapy session records or protected health information (PHI).

We collect limited information necessary to operate our referral and matching services, including:

Clients

De-identified intake details may be shared during the matching process. Identifiable information is only shared after a therapist accepts an invitation and a match is confirmed.

Therapists

Profile information is used internally to assess match fit and to facilitate referral communication with matched clients. We do not sell personal information. We may share information only with trusted service providers that support platform operations, including:

  • Secure cloud-based databases and backend applications (data storage and processing)

  • Payment processors (for subscription and transaction processing)

  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers

  • Email and messaging service providers

These third-party service providers are contractually obligated to process data securely and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

How We Use Your Information
