Love Moore™ Therapist Participation Agreement

This Therapist Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which you (“Therapist,” “Provider,” or “you”) may participate in the Love Moore™ therapist referral network (“Love Moore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By subscribing to the Love Moore network and completing the Therapist Intake Form, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
Nature of Services
Love Moore™ is a private-pay, concierge referral platform that matches couples with licensed therapists. Love Moore does not provide clinical services, does not employ therapists, and does not supervise or direct clinical care.
You understand and agree that.
You are an independent practitioner.
You provide services through your own practice or business entity.
Love Moore™ does not oversee or control your clinical decisions.
Licensing Requirements
You represent and warrant that you:
Hold a full, unrestricted license in your discipline and state of practice (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist).
Will maintain that license in good standing.
Will promptly notify Love Moore™ of any investigation, complaint, discipline, or change in licensure status.
Will provide accurate licensure information, including expiration date.
Matching Process
You represent and warrant that you:
Invitations include anonymous client summaries and presenting concerns.
You may opt in or decline any invitation.
Opting in does not guarantee selection for that referral.
Final matching decisions are made by a human administrator, sometimes informed by AI-assisted ranking.
Therapist Responsibilities
Maintain professional liability/malpractice insurance.
Provide services within your scope of practice and competence.
Uphold culturally responsive, ethical standards of care.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all applicable privacy laws.
Contact matched clients within 24–48 hours.
Keep your Love Moore profile accurate and up to date.
Respond to referral invitations promptly.
Participate in brief case-related communication with the Love Moore Admin team when appropriate.
Subscription & Payment
Therapists join Love Moore™ through a subscription plan (monthly or annual).
You agree that:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Subscription fees support operational and administrative services.
Subscription fees do not guarantee any specific number of referrals or income.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
All monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Therapists may cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions (once offered):
Therapists who select an annual subscription may cancel at any time. Refunds will be issued pro-rated based on the number of unused full months remaining in the subscription period. All refund requests are subject to manual approval by the Love Moore™ admin team.

HIPAA & Confidentiality
You agree to:
Comply with HIPAA and all state/federal privacy laws.
Securely store all clinical documentation in your own systems.
Use information shared through Love Moore™ solely for referral coordination.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information.
Independence & Liability
You acknowledge that you — not Love Moore™ — are solely responsible for:
Clinical assessment and treatment
Documentation and record-keeping
Crisis management and emergency response
Legal and mandated reporting obligations
Professional boundaries and ethical conduct
Termination
Love Moore™ may suspend or terminate your participation if:
Your license lapses, is restricted, or is not maintained
Ethical violations or client safety concerns arise
Repeated non-response to invitations occurs
You breach this Agreement or related policies
Governing Law & Acknowledgment
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
By subscribing and participating in the Love Moore network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
