Love Moore™ Therapist Participation Agreement

This Therapist Participation Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms under which you ("Therapist," "Provider," or "you") may participate in the Love Moore™ therapist referral network ("Love Moore™," "we," "us," or "our").
By subscribing to the Love Moore™ network, completing the Therapist Intake Form, and participating in referral opportunities, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
Nature of Services
Love Moore™ is a private-pay referral and matching platform designed to connect clients with independently licensed therapists.
Love Moore™ does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, healthcare services, or clinical supervision.
Love Moore™ does not employ therapists and does not supervise, direct, monitor, or control clinical care.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You are an independent practitioner.
You provide services through your own practice or business entity.
Love Moore™ does not oversee or control your clinical decisions.
Participation in Love Moore™ does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or representative relationship between you and Love Moore™.
You are solely responsible for your professional practice, business operations, taxes, insurance, recordkeeping, licensure compliance, and all services provided to clients.
Licensing Requirements
You represent and warrant that you:
Hold a full, unrestricted professional license in your discipline and state(s) of practice.
Will maintain all required licenses in good standing.
Will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and professional ethical standards.
Will promptly notify Love Moore™ of any investigation, complaint, disciplinary action, restriction, suspension, lapse, or change in licensure status.
Will provide accurate and current licensure information, including license numbers and expiration dates.
Love Moore™ reserves the right to verify licensure information and request supporting documentation at any time.
Matching Process
You understand and agree that:
Referral invitations contain de-identified client information intended to help evaluate fit.
You may accept or decline any referral invitation.
Accepting or opting into a referral invitation does not guarantee selection.
Final matching decisions are made by a human administrator and may be informed by platform data and administrative review.
Love Moore™ reserves the right to determine how referrals are distributed and matched.
Therapist Responsibilities
You agree to:
Maintain active professional liability and/or malpractice insurance.
Provide services only within your scope of competence, training, and licensure.
Uphold culturally responsive, ethical, and professional standards of care.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all applicable privacy laws.
Contact matched clients within 24–48 hours whenever reasonably possible.
Maintain accurate and current profile information.
Respond to referral invitations in a timely manner.
Communicate professionally with clients and Love Moore™ staff.
Maintain all required clinical documentation and records within your own systems.
Love Moore™ reserves the right to request proof of licensure, malpractice insurance, certifications, or other professional qualifications at any time during participation in the network.
Subscription & Payment
Therapists participate in Love Moore™ through a subscription plan.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled.
Subscription fees support platform operations, referral management, administrative review, and network services.
Subscription fees do not guarantee referrals, clients, appointments, revenue, income, or practice growth.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
Therapists may cancel at any time to avoid future charges. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions (If Offered)
Therapists who select an annual subscription may cancel at any time.
Approved refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis using the number of unused full months remaining in the subscription term.
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Love Moore™.

No Guarantee of Referrals
Love Moore™ does not guarantee:
A minimum number of referral invitations
A minimum number of client matches
A minimum number of scheduled appointments
Client retention or completion of treatment
Practice growth, revenue, income, or financial success
Clinical fit or compatibility
Any particular clinical, professional, or financial outcome
Therapists remain solely responsible for developing and maintaining their practices, managing their caseloads, and making all clinical decisions.
HIPAA & Confidentiality
You agree to:
Comply with HIPAA and all applicable federal, state, and local privacy laws.
Securely maintain clinical documentation within your own systems.
Use referral information solely for evaluating, coordinating, and providing services related to referrals received through Love Moore™.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information.
Referral information provided through Love Moore™ is confidential and may not be disclosed, distributed, sold, shared, or used for any purpose unrelated to the referral process or clinical care.
Independence & Liability
You acknowledge and agree that you—not Love Moore™—are solely responsible for:
Clinical assessment and treatment
Documentation and recordkeeping
Crisis intervention and emergency response
Legal and mandated reporting obligations
Informed consent
Professional boundaries and ethical conduct
Scheduling, billing, collections, and fee disputes
Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
Love Moore™ is not responsible for clinical services, treatment decisions, therapist conduct, client outcomes, billing disputes, scheduling disputes, or any professional services provided by participating therapists.
Termination
Love Moore™ may suspend, restrict, or terminate participation in the network if:
Your license lapses, is restricted, suspended, or revoked
Ethical concerns or client safety concerns arise
Required insurance coverage is not maintained
Repeated non-response to referral invitations occurs
False or misleading information is submitted
You violate this Agreement or related platform policies
Continued participation is determined to be inconsistent with the mission, standards, integrity, safety, or operation of the Love Moore™ network
Love Moore™ reserves the right to remove a therapist from the network at its sole discretion when necessary to protect clients, maintain platform integrity, address operational concerns, or support the mission and standards of the network.
Modifications
Love Moore™ may modify this Agreement from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued participation following publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability
This If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This This Agreement, together with the Love Moore™ Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any applicable platform policies, constitutes the entire agreement between the Therapist and Love Moore™ regarding participation in the network.
Acknowledgment
By subscribing to and participating in the Love Moore™ network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
